Before your departure

Departure formalities

On the day before your departure, please make sure you've paid your extras and brought back any equipment you might have borrowed.
Do not forget to inform reception about any broken or damaged item before leaving(please bring back the item for payment and replacement).

We please ask you to:

Tidy the villa (put the furniture back in place)
Make sure you leave no personal belongings behind
Leave all pots, pans, and cooking equipment and utensils clean
Empty the dishwasher and put the dishes back in place
Empty the fridge and cupboards, wipe clean all work-surfaces and table tops
Empty all your bins into the appropriate containers (the glass bins are next to the reception)
Fold the sheets and leave them on the beds. Leave the rented towels in the bathroom for checking and inventory
Empty the fire hearth and barbecue ashes
Close all doors and windows
Turn off the heating and the lights in all the rooms
Make sure that the parasols are closed
Lock the villa and leave the keys at the reception or drop them in the Keyboxat the exit (Chateau side of the Residence)
For the villas with private swimming pool : we kindly ask you to remove your personal belonging from the pool, close it and leave the handle visible for the next visitor on the outside table.

The Residence du Château de Salles reserves the right to debit 75€ from your deposit, if we have extra work to do with regard to the points above.
